I understand that registration is free and that submitting this application does not guarantee a performance spot. I understand that each selected performer, whether performing solo or as part of a group, is required to pay the applicable registration fee. I understand that registration fees must be paid within 48 hours of being notified of selection to secure my performance spot. If selected to perform as a group, I understand that our group will compete as one entry. Any cash prize awarded will be issued as one prize to the group, and it is the group's responsibility to divide the prize among its members. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. I understand that I must arrive by the designated check-in time on the day of the event. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. Spotlight City Promotions reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe. I understand that all judges' decisions are final. I understand that Spotlight City Promotions reserves the right to modify event rules, schedules, prize amounts, or event details if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. I grant Spotlight City Promotions permission to use my name, image, photographs, video recordings, and performance for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and marketing materials without compensation.

I understand that participation may involve certain risks, including injury, illness, accidents, or loss of personal property.
I agree to release and hold harmless Spotlight City Promotions, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
